Beauty Shoot with Visage-1 Studios 💋

This past December I was blessed with the opportunity to do a bridal & beauty shoot for Visage -1 Studios. Visage -1 Studios is a very well established and highly merited business specializing in beauty services. Visage -1 Studios is owned and run by the likes of Joanna Petit-Frere and her creative excellence. Joanna is an extremely accomplished business owner having been the recipient of awards and distinctions such as “Best Makeup Artist” in the 2012 Boston Fashion Awards and “Best Photographer of The Year” in the the 2013 Boston FAB Awards. She is experienced in working with a variety of clientele and industry classifications including celebrity, bridal, professional photo shoots, fashion shows, promos, special events, and a diverse array of professional digital and print publications.
I have deep admiration for the fact that Joanna has attained great career success, but at the same time, is incredibly pleasant and down to earth. I couldn't put it any better than to say that she really is just a lovely person and I enjoyed every second of working with her. You could have nothing but respect for a woman who devotes such diligence and ingenuity to her profession; packaged in such an effortlessly beautiful and utterly fabulous human being. A modern day super woman if you ask me. On a 1-10 rating I would give Joanna a 15 Stars for her patience, professionalism, creative conceptualization, makeup mastery, photography expertise, digital editing proficiency, ability to make the client feel comfortable, and finally my personal favorite - the fact that she kept me laughing the whole entire time! And not to mention the amazing hair styling that was created by Nancy V Brown of ‘NV My Hair’. Nancy contributed to my positive experience as well. Due to the fact that she was attending to the styling of her clients (all of whom left pleased with their exquisite new dos), I had less time to interact with her and learn about her life and career excursions. She, however; strikes me as very wise and humble woman of such a young age and I wish I had more time to speak to her. Nancy is a celebrity creative fashion stylist and has received awards such as Best Hair stylist in the Boston's Fashion Awards and best Hair Extensions Salon in Boston by CNN. Lets get down to it! - THE EXPERIENCE
The shoot took place inside of Skin Deep Med Spa located at 231 Newbury street in Boston, MA. The inside of the spa is beautiful with such a warm and refreshing aesthetic and to-die-for interior decoration. I could go on all day about the scenery and the details of the day, but instead I opted to share a fun photo diary that captured my first photo shoot experience {Unfortunately not all of the edited images are ready at this time but I'll be sure to share them with you all as soon as they become available}
